By APEX Maids Agency Pte. Ltd. · MOM EA Licence 25C3180 · UEN 202547196H. Based in Jurong West and serving households across Singapore. Our website is apexmaids.sg and our phone is 8405 6661.
We are based in Jurong West and place helpers across the west — Jurong West and Jurong East, Boon Lay, Pioneer, Clementi, Bukit Batok and Choa Chu Kang — as well as the rest of Singapore. We work the way most families prefer anyway — over WhatsApp and video call, on your schedule.
You send us your household details over WhatsApp, we send back a shortlist with full biodata and MOM employment history, and you interview the candidates you like by video call. That suits working parents better than taking an afternoon off to sit in a shopping-centre agency waiting room.
We place helpers from Indonesia, the Philippines, Myanmar, Mizoram (India) and Cambodia. Tell us the languages your household speaks and the tasks that matter most, then compare each candidate's experience. Our helper nationality guide explains the options, including Cambodian helper enquiries.
Our full registered name is APEX MAIDS AGENCY PTE. LTD., UEN 202547196H, holding EA Licence 25C3180 — a Comprehensive (All) licence. You can confirm all of it on the MOM Employment Agency Directory. We would rather you checked.
Apex Maids was licensed in November 2025. You speak directly with the person handling your case, from understanding your household needs to shortlisting helpers and arranging interviews. Tell us your priorities and preferred start date on WhatsApp so we can explain the next steps for your family.
We were licensed in November 2025. We are small and new, and we would rather say that than claim a decade we do not have.
