Yes. Apex Maids serves households across Singapore, not only Jurong West. You can discuss your household needs and request a shortlist by WhatsApp, then interview candidates by video call. Our Jurong West base does not limit the areas we serve.

Yes. APEX Maids Agency Pte. Ltd. holds Employment Agency Licence No. 25C3180, a Comprehensive (All) licence covering all types of workers. You can verify it yourself on the MOM Employment Agency directory at mom.gov.sg/eadirectory.
Apex normally arranges a video interview and shares the candidate's biodata showing her previous work experience. Use the interview to discuss the duties your household needs and ask about the ages of children or the elderly-care tasks she has actually handled.

You get a written service agreement with a line-by-line breakdown of every fee and government cost — security bond, insurance, medical, settling-in programme and work permit. This is required under the Employment Agencies Act, and you should ask any agency for it before you commit.
Apex Maids' employer agreement provides for one helper replacement within its six-month replacement period after the helper starts work, subject to eligibility conditions and applicable fees. Verify the agency's MOM licence, request the full itemised quotation, read the replacement and refund terms, check the helper's biodata and unedited MOM employment history where available, and interview the shortlisted candidate about your actual household duties before any work pass is filed. Apex provides these documents and normally arranges a video interview before you decide.

We are based in Jurong West and serve households across Singapore. Most of the process runs over WhatsApp and video call, so you do not need to travel to us.
