Yes. APEX Maids Agency Pte. Ltd. holds Employment Agency Licence No. 25C3180, a Comprehensive (All) licence covering all types of workers, valid 25 November 2025 to 25 November 2028. You can verify it yourself on the MOM Employment Agency directory at mom.gov.sg/eadirectory.
Yes. You receive her full biodata and MOM employment history before any work pass application, and you can interview her by video call or in person. Nothing is filed until you have decided.
You get a written service agreement with a line-by-line breakdown of every fee and government cost — security bond, insurance, medical, settling-in programme and work permit. This is required under the Employment Agencies Act, and you should ask any agency for it before you commit.
Replacement and refund terms are written into your service agreement before you sign — how many replacements you are entitled to, the timeframe to request one, and the circumstances in which fees are refunded.
Our registered office is 987D Jurong West Street 93, #14-591, Singapore 644987. Most of the process runs over WhatsApp and video call, so you do not need to travel to us.
